| Policies:
A $90 non-refundable processing fee is automatically charged upon
booking each reservation. $25 minimum charge for cancellation. Less
than 60 days notice you forfeit $250. Less than 30 days notice you
forfeit full rent. Guests provide their own sheets, towels, and paper goods.
